Leadership Development Committee 
Purpose: To think creatively about how to resource the need for continuing theological education for degree clergy and non-clergy for ministries in churches; to offer a rationale for the responsibilities and possibilities for lifelong theological learning formation of clergy and non-clergy; to provide learning opportunities as part of the mission of the church and its educational institutions; and to equip, empower, and certify clergy and non-clergy persons for church leadership.
The BCBLC Education Curriculum Committee shall consist of at least five (5) members appointed by the BCBLC Executive Committee.

| Create and maintain a data base of faculty for programs and offerings. |

Meetings: The committee shall meet twice annually or as needed. The chair may invite key persons to advise the committee.
